Cancellation Policy: Your appointment time is set aside just for you. Out of respect for your practitioner’s time and other clients, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments changed or canceled within 24 hours — as well as no-shows — will be charged the full treatment fee.

Waitlist: If you don’t see a time that fits your schedule don’t hesitate to add yourself to our waitlist! We’ll do our best to accommodate you whenever possible.

Hi, I’m Alexandra, Registered Acupuncturist, Holistic Health Coach, and owner of AcuComfort.

My work is about helping you feel better in body, mind, and energy, whether we meet in person or online.

In the clinic in 100 Mile House, I offer hands-on treatments like acupuncture, cold laser, cupping health coaching.

Online, wherever you are, I offer health and weight coaching, energy healing, and workshops and programs that give you practical tools for lasting change.

My background combines Traditional Chinese Medicine, German natural medicine (Heilpraktikerin), integrative nutrition, and energy work. I’m always learning, and I bring that curiosity into every session.

Whatever brings you here, you can expect to be listened to, supported, and given a clear path forward.
